Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering or placing any wager on bgjl. By creating an account you agree to be fully bound by the rules set out below.
1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing bgjl, creating a player account, or placing any form of wager, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must stop using the bgjl platform immediately and must not register an account.
These Terms apply to all services under the bgjl brand, including cricket betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and fish shooting. bgjl reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Player Eligibility
To register and use a bgjl account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your account's active status:
- You are at least 21 years of age as of the date of registration. Age verification documents will be required as part of the KYC process.
- You are a legal resident of Bangladesh and are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
- You are registering on your own behalf only. You may hold only one active bgjl account at any time.
- You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of bgjl or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from bgjl or suspended for breach of these Terms or any policy violation.
bgjl reserves the right to request proof of any eligibility criterion at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.
3 Account Registration and Verification
To access real-money gaming on bgjl, you must complete account registration and pass identity verification (KYC). Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
Required Registration Information
- Your full legal name as it appears on your official government-issued identification document.
- A valid date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
- A valid mobile number registered in your own name in Bangladesh, used for verification and account security.
- A unique email address not already linked to any existing bgjl account.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your bgjl credentials confidential, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bgjl will never ask for your password. Notify bgjl support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. All activity carried out under your credentials is your responsibility until bgjl receives formal notification of compromise.
Use a strong, unique password for your bgjl account. Do not reuse passwords from other platforms. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) wherever possible. bgjl support staff will never request your full password via any channel.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions on bgjl are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Transaction limits and processing times may vary by payment method.
Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit is ৳200. bgjl imposes no maximum deposit cap, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits.
- All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in funds being held pending investigation.
- Deposits are credited in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact bgjl support.
Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal is ৳200. Withdrawals below this threshold cannot be processed.
- Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts will have withdrawals held until the verification process is finalised.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. bgjl charges no platform fee on withdrawals.
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited instantly. Withdrawals for verified accounts typically complete within 5 to 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods. Card withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the issuing bank. All times are Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
5 Bonuses and Promotions
bgjl offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific promotion's terms in addition to these general Terms. The following rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
- Bonuses are available only to players who have completed account registration and KYC verification. Previously self-excluded players are not eligible.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in that promotion's individual terms.
- bgjl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed an active bonus at cancellation time retain their existing bonus balance subject to applicable wagering requirements.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent. They may not be sold, exchanged, or transferred between player accounts under any circumstances.
- bgjl may at its sole discretion refuse, withhold, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through fraudulent means, or in breach of these Terms.
Any attempt to manipulate bonus terms, exploit technical errors, use multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or coordinate with others to artificially satisfy wagering requirements constitutes bonus abuse. bgjl will void all such bonuses and associated winnings and may permanently close the accounts involved.
6 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bgjl platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of these activities will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account on bgjl, whether under your own identity or any other real or fictitious identity.
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain any unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
- Exploiting any bug, glitch, or technical error to obtain credits, winnings, or any benefit not available under normal operating conditions.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting designed to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
- Using the bgjl platform to launder money or facilitate any financial crime. bgjl maintains Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance procedures and will report suspicious activity to appropriate authorities.
- Attempting to access another player's account or intercepting, modifying, or interfering with any data transmission between a player's device and the bgjl servers.
bgjl reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion whether any player conduct constitutes a violation of these prohibited conduct rules. Such determinations are final and binding.
7 Game Rules and Fair Play
All games on bgjl are governed by the individual game rules supplied by the respective game provider, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Ezugi, and Microgaming. Where a game provider's specific rules conflict with these Terms, the game provider's rules take precedence for game-specific matters only.
All game outcomes on bgjl are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Every spin, card draw, dice result, and crash round is entirely random and cannot be influenced or predicted by bgjl, any game provider, or any player. Results displayed on screen are final. In the event of a technical malfunction during a live game round, bgjl will follow the relevant game provider's malfunction policy, which may include voiding the affected round.
In the event of a technical malfunction, communications failure, or platform error during any game round or betting event, all affected bets or rounds may be voided at bgjl's discretion. No claims will be accepted for winnings attributed to a malfunction or system error. bgjl will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players and resolve such incidents promptly.
8 Responsible Gaming
bgjl is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. The platform provides tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered players at no cost and can be activated immediately upon request:
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reduced limits take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period.
- Session time reminders: Players can configure timed alerts that notify them when a specified gaming session duration has been reached.
- Temporary time-out: Players may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a time-out, the account is inaccessible for all real-money gaming activity.
- Self-exclusion: Players who feel their gaming has become a problem may request permanent self-exclusion from bgjl. Once processed, the account is permanently closed. Self-exclusion requests are handled by the support team within minutes of receipt.
bgjl strictly enforces the minimum age of 21 for all players. Where bgjl has reasonable grounds to believe a player is under 21, the account will be suspended immediately and all funds held pending age verification. If verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, the account will be permanently closed.
9 Account Suspension and Termination
bgjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct, bonus abuse, multiple account registration, or provision of false identity information.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of being requested to do so.
- Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime involving the player's account.
- Player request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.
Upon closure resulting from a Terms breach or fraud investigation, bgjl may withhold any balance pending the outcome of that investigation. Where closure is at the player's own request and no breach has been identified, any remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bgjl's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bgjl is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. bgjl does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.
11 Intellectual Property
All content on the bgjl platform, including the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software, is the exclusive property of bgjl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any bgjl content without express prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or interest in the bgjl brand, platform, or its content.
12 Privacy
bgjl collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering a bgjl account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, available on the bgjl website.
13 Amendments to These Terms
bgjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. For material changes, bgjl will provide notice to registered players via their contact details on file, with a reasonable notice period before changes take effect. For minor changes, bgjl may update the Terms without prior notice.
Your continued use of bgjl following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure. The most current version of these Terms is always available on the bgjl website.
14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws applicable to bgjl's operations. In the event of a dispute, the player should first contact bgjl support to seek an informal resolution. bgjl will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be referred to an appropriate dispute resolution process in accordance with applicable law.
